Studio Membership Terms
A three-month commitment is required for all studio memberships.
Memberships are billed via monthly automatic payments (autopay) for the duration of the commitment.
Included studio hours must be used within the billing month and do not roll over to future months.
Any additional studio time beyond the included hours will be billed at the member hourly rate associated with your membership level.
Membership hours are for the member’s use only and may not be shared or transferred.
Members are responsible for booking their own time through the studio calendar and must adhere to posted availability.
All members must follow standard studio policies, including arrival and departure times, cleanup requirements, and proper use of studio props, furniture, and backdrops.
All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their designated “reset” position at the end of each session.
Cleanup, reset, and departure must be completed within the member’s reserved time. Any time exceeded will be deducted from the member’s remaining monthly hours in 15-minute increments.
Damage to the studio, equipment, furniture, or backdrops may result in additional charges.
Studio Prep Time
Each membership level includes monthly studio prep time as follows:
Starter Creator: 30 minutes
Working Photographer: 60 minutes
Pro Level: 90 minutes
Studio prep time is intended for prep use only, such as testing lighting setups, styling scenes, or creating sample images or content of the studio space.
Studio prep time may not be used for paid client sessions, collaborative shoots involving compensation, or any commercial work involving clients.
Prep time must be scheduled in advance and is subject to studio availability.
Prep time must be used within the same month and does not roll over.
All standard studio rules, cleanup requirements, and reset policies apply during prep time.
